Popina
The most expensive restaurant in Jiā, and for good reason. All of their food is hard to come by these days. Chicken? Beef? All uncontaminated by radiation? Young animals unaffected by the radiation that makes most of the planet uninhabitable are extremely hard to come by and even hard to raise and keep from mutating. The food here, though expensive, is fantastic.
