The main police station, though several small outposts are placed in every other district. The police actually, for the most part, do their work as they should. They do not easily take bribes (if only because of their pride) and so the police station is usually a safe place to go should you find yourself in trouble. They even give free donuts and too-strong coffee to anyone in trouble (unless they're a criminal. They get free handcuffs.)
