A cute little hub. It's a dinner, actually, or something of that sort. It specializes in modern dishes, though rest assured, they remove all radiation and toxins from the radioactively-mutated plants and animals that comprise almost all of their dishes.

The only actual night club in the city. It's located in a previously abandoned warehouse with a large underground bunker. On the ground level it hosts a full bar, a considerably large dance floor, and a sectioned off area where you may watch women (or men, depending on your taste) strip down to skin. For a little money, you might be able to even take one to a VIP room with you. Underground in the bunkers, though, it is home to all the new drugs. The manufacturing and sale of drugs goes on there. Most do their dose on the main floor, though, and go straight into dancing, getting laid, or possibly even both.

The recreational center. It has a public indoor pool, four tennis courts, four racquetball courts, one basketball court, and a couple of rock climbing walls. These are all spread out onto their own floors, though. The pool is in the basement, the four tennis courts are on the first floor, the racquetball courts on the second, the basketball on the third, and the rock climbing walls on the fourth. The staff is always adding new floors for new courts or whatever have you. They are always open to suggestions or requests.

The local college. It isn't much to speak of. Most people in Jiā never even learn to read. Few go to Xuéyuàn, but those who do usually get high-level government jobs. School, though, is extremely expensive and scholarships are a completely unknown concept. That being said, typically only the very wealthy are able to send their children to school here. It's not impossible, though, for a commoner to get the money to pay for the fees.
